tripping up the stairs.

So, I'm trying to lose weight, right? I go to Curves (which I'm stepping up with some running and biking asap), I try and eat well, I sleep...sometimes. Anyway...
One thing I try not to do is eat late...bad for the metabolism and stuff.
So tonight, I come home to pizza. How can I resist? oh, pizza-ey goodness.
But there's always something, right? Maybe cake, or something innocent like chicken and rice...
But once it's started, why not eat a handful of mini-eggs and some ice cream?

*sighs*.

I'm signing up for a running clinic right now...right now I tell you.
Running will be better than pizza.
